First Steps

Here at West Cork Beacon, we will provide you with short-term, focused support and advocacy.

This includes:

  • Providing space and time for you to discuss what is happening to you
  • Supporting you to identify your priorities and your needs
  • Providing you with information and practical support around your financial needs, housing, legal requirements, court accompaniment and counselling
  • Referring you to other beneficial supports services if required

Domestic Abuse

West Cork Beacon offers a free and confidential listening, information and support service for women experiencing domestic violence.

We also offer an outreach clinic in Clonakilty, currently by appointment only.

Sexual Violence

West Cork Beacon offers information, support and professional counselling to all survivors of sexual violence.
